Cancellation Policy

1. Class Cancellations

○ Single Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or provide a credit to be used toward future classes.

○ Course Cancellations: If an entire course is canceled by Mudhrai, you will receive a full refund.

○ Refund policy: The refunds shall be processed within 5-7 working days and the money will be credited to the customer’s bank account.  

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

○ Refund Eligibility: For single sessions, cancellations must be made at least 18 hours before the class to be eligible for a full refund. For multi-session courses, cancellations made within the first 5 days of enrollment are eligible for a partial refund, less any used classes and a small administrative fee.

○ No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

○ Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with access remaining until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within the subscription month.

○ Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations made within 30 days of initial enrollment are eligible for a prorated refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, though access remains active for the billing period.
