Abhinaya (Expresssions) Course

Overview:
The One-on-One Abhinaya Course at Mudhrai is designed to provide personalized, focused training in the expressive art of Bharatanatyam. With individual attention, the course allows you to progress at your own pace, mastering the four components of Abhinaya: Angika (body movements), Vachikam (speech), Aharyam (accessories), and Saatvikam(inner emotions). Tailored guidance helps you deeply explore Navarasas (nine emotions), Rasa and Bhava concepts, and Nayaka-Nayika characterisation. You’ll also work closely with your instructor to perform a traditional Abhinaya-based composition and create your own stories, ensuring a learning experience uniquely crafted for your growth and goals.
